Let me specify...not an orchestra OK?  But a 4-7 piece band.  What kind of band?  Rock, Classic Rock, Blues, or country?  Depending on your taste in music, you will probably consider a band that can play different styles, right? 

Truth is ….most bands nowadays...including show bands will play what they want to play.  They have what you call a “Set”  where they have a list of songs that they provide you (if they’re professional enough) of their repertoire...and if their selections are to your liking….then you go for it.  

 

 

 

REASONS WHY YOU’D HIRE A BAND

1. It’s cool man!

2. You hate DJ’s (in which case you probably hired a bad DJ in the past or went for the lowest bidder)

3. You hate karaoke (in which case you don’t like to sing or you can’t sing or don’t want to hear your friends awful singing and feel like everyone else feels the same way you do)

4. The vocalist or guitarist is very attractive!

5. You’ve just never considered a DJ before!

 

 

 

 

REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE A GOOD DJ RATHER THAN A BAND:

1. A Great DJ would still cost less than an average band or let’s rephrase it:

2. An awful band would cost you about the same as a good DJ.

3. More variety for your guests. (Let’s face it...I haven’t heard a band that has played the “Cha Cha slide or the Cupid Shuffle” yet.

4. A professional DJ has talent to provide the right music for your party at the right time!

5. Less space, you really don’t need a stage for a dj.

The kind of entertainment and who provides it, is something that will uniquely distinguish your party from every other you’ve attended.  In most cases, music will play a major role in determining whether your event will be a success or not.     An unforgettable party can be so because it was just so “Awesome” or because it was just so “Awful,” we provide the later.
